Ron was a great friend....he still is...and I am deeply sad about his passing.Sad for all of us who will miss him, his great laugh, his problem solving mind, his wisdom, his beautiful love for Win and the family, his excellent and thought provoking teaching, his love for people , his ability to make people feel special, his desire to build teams of different people who love each other and work together for the greater good, his passion for the LORD Jesus Christ and the strong sense that God had met Ron and changed his life, actually saved him and given him a new life.
I have been arguing with the LORD about this. We needed Ron here for more time. But I can hear Ron laugh....can you hear his laugh?...and he would say, " You do not need me. You need Jesus. The grace of our LORD Jesus is what we really need."
Win and family, you are dearly loved .May the grace of our LORD Jesus Christ wash over you and give you great comfort. You have been blessed with the life of a truly great man...Ron Seabrooke.
in the love of Christ, Doug and Ruth Loveday

I was saddened to hear of Rons passing. It was completely unexpected. There was a time in my life that was cloudy and dark, and the memory of Ron's life entering into that place and not only helping me through that darkness, but also standing for truth. He was the personification of tough love. He will always be alive in my heart. I thank God for his life. Kevin.

Dear Winnie and Family,
Writing from the airport in St. John's, Newfoundland as we head back to Halifax and on to PEI after a series of weekend meetings here.
We were so sad to learn of Ron's death. An elder at Faith Bible Chapel, St. John's informed us of this news last night (Monday).
Ron, along Malcolm Ross, myself and 4 or 5 other OBC students in 1980-82, met to pray for missions and God's leading in our lives nearly every Thursday evening after 'Open Dorm' hours (we prayed from 9:30 to midnight).
Please receive our condolences with our love, prayers and hugs. Sorry we will be unable to be at the memorial service as we are in Prince Edward island until October 16th.
With tender love in Christ,
Brian & Linda Crawford
