Please accept my condolences to go along with my family's on Bob's passing. Bob was my first supervisor at age 15 and taught me to drive a truck at 16. His quiet kindness and capable leadership showed through from those days. Bob always had my back and when he chose to back my Dad and family in the move to KW, I knew the venture was going to work. He was a go to guy who got it done and had some fun. That wry chuckle when things got tough was a standard and a team build in the work days. That was Bob. Even though I left the biz early, unlike the rest of the family, I was an employee of New London News and will never forget calling Bob and my Dad, Terry with the news that we totalled the only truck. Their only concern was for Mike Quinn and I. That was a leadership team that made the mark and they were successful. I know the Cosgroves' feel quite bereft at this loss having worked so closely with Bob. There are many others in the industry who know what a contribution he made and had to like him, so personable, despite the fact of the competitor he was. Peace be upon him who gave peace. Thanks Bob .

My Uncle Bob was a "rock" to my family when my Dad died. He got me my first summer job and mentored me. He was a guiding light in a very dark time of my life and I loved and respected him. Janice and I are deeply saddened by Bob's passing. We wish peace and closure to all of Uncle Bob's family.
