Obituary of Laura Ann Hodgson

Laura Ann Hodgson peacefully passed away at her home in Elmira on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the age of 58 years. Beloved and devoted wife of Nathan for over forty years. Loving mother of Anthony and Krista of Windsor, Bradley of Elmira, Colin and Emma of Elmira, Devin and Talia of Waterloo. Dear daughter of Carleton and Anne Armstrong of Elora. Sister of Carla and Brian Schott of Glen Allan, Gloria and Dave Deskur of Elora, Cathy and Mark Holden of Cambridge, and sister-in-law of Lori Armstrong of Fergus. Predeceased by her brother Steven Armstrong. Laura will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews and her many friends. Laura was a talented lady in all aspects of life. She was a constant volunteer for Jehovah’s Witnesses and many organizations. Words cannot describe the pain our family is feeling, but the love we feel will carry us through this period in our lives. At Laura’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held at the Dreisinger Funeral Home on Friday, November 11, 2016, from 4-7 p.m. A memorial service (please note new time and location!) will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at Lions Hall, 40 South St. W., Elmira.
