Obituary of Bruce Hemmerle

Hemmerle, Bruce ~ Passed away peacefully and unexpectedly at his cottage in Amberley on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at the age of 71 years. Bruce, of Waterloo, was the beloved partner and best friend of Cheryl Pfeiffer for 23 years. Lovingly remembered by his sons Douglas and Heather of Goderich and Kelly of Teeswater, and stepson Allen Eichler of Kitchener and his family. Proud grandpa of Makenna and Elena. Dear brother of Don and Janet of Mexico. Fondly remembered by Chris and Jen. Special “Paca” to Brooklyn and Blaire. At Bruce’s request cremation has taken place. A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
