Wilson, James ‘Andrew’ Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Grand River Hospital. Andrew, at the age of 46 years, was a resident of Elmira Community Living for 19 years. Dear son of Janet and Denis Gridgeman, and Jim and Deby Wilson all of Kitchener. Loving brother of Jason (Nina) Wilson and Jonathan (Robin) Gridgeman, Tara-Lee (Ross) Solyk and Nicole (Darren) McCormac. Uncle of Travis, Kadyn, Brinley, Benjamin, Alex, Hailee, Gracie, Madyson, and Nolan. Lovingly remembered by great-grandmothers Peggy Gridgeman of Kitchener, and Iris Robinson of Yorkshire, England, and by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Andrew will be sorely missed by his very special friend Barb Kunza. Andrew was a longtime, faithful employee of ARC Industries, Elmira for 19 years. The family will receive their relatives and friends on Friday, June 10, 2016 from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, followed by cremation. In Andrew’s memory, donations to Elmira District Community Living or Salvation Army would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. The family would like to thank everyone at The Association for taking such good care of Andrew and his family.
