Frey, Laurene (Weber) ~ Passed away suddenly on Monday, December 14, 2015 at her home, 230 Glasgow St., RR 1, Waterloo, in her 53rd year. Beloved wife of James Frey. Dear mother of Leroy and Anita Frey of Grand Valley, Cleason, Dorcas, Shirley, Alma, Delphine, and Judith Frey, all at home. Loving grandmother of Connor. She is survived by her parents Henry and Mary Weber of RR 1, Waterloo, six sisters Erla and Noah Shantz of Mount Forest, Anna and Aaron Shantz of Mount Forest, Esther and Leonard Martin of West Montrose, Eva and Orvie Shantz of Mount Forest, Mary and David Martin of Winterbourne, Miriam and Amsey Steckle of Waterloo. Also survived by one brother-in-law Cleason and Rebecca Wideman of St. Jacobs. She was predeceased by her sister Florence (Mrs. Cleason Wideman) (2006), a niece, a step-nephew, and her in-laws Sidney and Elsie Frey. Family and friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira on Tuesday, December 15 and Wednesday, December 16 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A family service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 1 p.m., then to Martin’s Mennonite Meeting House for burial and public service. Service Summary Visitation: Tuesday, December 15, 2015 and Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home ~ Services: Family service at the funeral home on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 1 p.m., then to Martin’s Mennonite Meeting House for burial and public service
