Obituary of Patricia Wintermeyer
Peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Grand River Hospital, Freeport Site at the age of 72. Pat (Voisin) Wintermeyer was the beloved wife for 48 years to Paul of Elmira. Cherished mother of Raymond of Kitchener, Janet and Steven Baker of Hamilton, and Darlene and Christian Hirt of Trenton. Loving grandma of Jacquelyne and Curtis Wintermeyer; Jesse, Jordan, Justin and Sydney Baker; and Elliott and Annika Hirt. Sister of Jack Voisin and Cathy Wittig, Jan and Lorne Ellah, Basil Voisin and friend Betty Clifford, Sharon and Paul Fassbind, Bill and Jan Voisin, Jim and Zita Voisin, and Kim and Don Bailey. Predeceased by her parents Englebert and Mary (Lively) Voisin, brother Patrick, brother-in-law Don Kieswetter and sister-in-law Peg Voisin. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Saturday December 5, 2015 from 1-4 p.m. and on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 1-4 p.m. Parish prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Sunday at 4 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Teresa of Avila RC Church, 19 Flamingo Drive, Elmira on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment in Memory Gardens, Breslau. In Pat’s memory donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or St. Teresa’s RC Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
