Obituary of Christine Radler
Radler, Christine Thea ~ It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Christine Radler at Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, November 7, 2015, as the result of complications from a car accident, at the age of 68 years. She was the beloved wife for 47 years of Fred Radler of Elmira. Loved mother of Jim (Charlene) and Cathy (James) Radler. Loving grandmother of Matthew, Lucas, and Jaiden Radler; Sydney Gregg, Jacob, and Brayden Lichty. Dear daughter of Thea Sokolov, and sister of Tina Nolan and Mike Falcon. She was predeceased by her father Valentin Sokolov. Christine was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother “Dee”, sister, and friend, always putting others before herself. She had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives with her presence. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life. She especially enjoyed spending time with her six grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 1 p.m. until the memorial service time of 3 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. A reception will follow in the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
