MARTIN, Floyd It is with deep sadness that we announce his passing on Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the age of 80 years. As we mourn our loss, we also rejoice that he is reunited with his beloved wife, Doreen, who passed away December 22, 2016. Dear father of Sharon (Mark) Bauman of St. Jacobs, Susan (Bruce) Brubacher of Elmira, and Marilyn (Paul) Leis of Elmwood. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Dave (Crystal) Bauman, Michael (Alli) Bauman, Josh (Trin) Brubacher, Janna (Mark) Brubacher Greco, Brandon Leis, and Kristin Leis; and his great-grandchildren: Grayson, Georgia, Patrick, Sage, Nicholas, and Matthew. Loved brother of Gerald (Peggy) Martin, and brother-in-law of Mary (the late Art) Martin. Floyd is predeceased by his parents Alfred and Irene (Sitler) Martin, brothers and sisters-in-law, Lester (June), Howard (Clarene), and Orlan (Virginia). Floyd's gentle soul, sense of humour, and love for his family will be cherished by all who knew him. Special thank you to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre and Innisfree House staff for their excellent care. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at St. Jacobs Mennonite Church. Family interment will take place prior to the memorial service which will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at St. Jacobs Mennonite Church.
