Obituary of Adina Bauman
Bauman, Adina (Weber) ~ Peacefully passed into the presence of the Lord with family at her side on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Chartwell Long Term Care, Elmira, at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Addison M. Bauman (1990). Cherished mother of Evelyn Lane (the late Ross-2002), Geraldine Hotchkiss (Gary), Pat Martin (Murray), Martin Bauman (Barb), Ray Bauman (Barb), Dolores Ramirez (Miguel), Stewart Bauman (Cheryl), Eunice Frey (James), Pearl Frey (Wayne), and Jen Rice (Bill). Also lovingly remembered by her 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Sister of Leavea (Schnurr) Wiens (Jake) and sisters-in-law Elizabeth Weber, Alma Frede, Mary Martin, and brother-in-law Adin Bauman (Irene). Predeceased by her parents Onias and Mary (Frey) Weber, siblings Elizabeth and Ephraim in infancy, Onias (Lena) Weber, Emerson Weber, Sarah (George) Reid, Elam Weber, brothers-in-law Grant Schnurr, Reinhard Frede, Leonard Martin, and James (Alma) Bauman. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Wallenstein Bible Chapel, 4522 Herrgott Road, on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Interment at Hawkesville Cemetery on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at Wallenstein Bible Chapel at 4 p.m. In Adina’s memory, donations to Conestoga Bible Camp or Chateau Gardens Auxiliary would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
