Obituary of Mary Ann Bowman

Bowman, Mary Ann (Wideman) ~ Peacefully on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at her home, in her 94th year. Wife of the late Sidney Bowman (2005). Mother of Amos and Barbara Bowman, Amsey and Mary Bowman, Clarence and Salema Bowman, Mervin and Almeda Bowman, all of RR 1, Wallenstein, Nelson and Sarah Bowman of RR 3, Listowel, Martha and Noah Weber of RR 4, Listowel. Also survived by 28 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren. Sister of Elisabeth (Noah 2008) Bearinger, sister-in-law of Mary Ann (Manassah 2003) Wideman, Malinda (Alson 2011) Clemmer, and Clayton (Rebecca 2009) Martin. Predeceased by her parents Menno and Elisabeth (Bowman) Wideman, one daughter in infancy, one grandchild, one brother, three sisters and one sister in infancy, three brothers-in-law, and one sister-in-law. Friends may call at her home on Thursday, September 18, from 1:30 – 5 p.m. and 6:30 – 8 p.m. and on Friday, September 19, from 1:30 – 5 p.m. where a family service will be held on Saturday, September 20, at 9 a.m., then to South Peel Mennonite Meeting House for burial and further public service.
