Son of the late James and Violet Irwin. Paul and his twin brother, the late David Irwin, were born in Toronto, Ontario on April 14, 1931. After graduating from East York Collegiate Institute, Paul attended the University of Toronto and graduated from medical school in 1957. Paul met Eunice McIntee of St. Catharines, Ontario at Camp Mini-Yo-We and they married in 1956. Upon graduation, Paul joined partner Dr. Al Weir to form The Cooksville Medical Group. In 1995, Paul retired and he and Eunice relocated to Hawkesville, Ontario. As a Christian physician, Paul’s true passion was to care for the body and the spirit. Until dementia took his mind from him he loved to study God’s Word and share what he had learned with others. Over his lifetime, Paul served and enjoyed the fellowship of many friends at Central Gospel Hall, Hopedale, Erindale, Bethany, Berea and Wallenstein Bible Chapels. Paul loved people. People loved Paul. Paul loved God. God loves Paul. Paul is with Jesus.
