Obituary of Cleason Bearinger

Bearinger, Cleason ~ Passed away at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener on Sunday July 6, 2014, at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Salome (Kraemer) Bearinger of RR 1, Elmira. Dear father of David (Vera) Bearinger, Irene (John) Gingrich, Elmer (Elaine) Bearinger, Elsie (James) Martin, Edgar (Marlene) Bearinger, and Vernon (Colleen) Bearinger. Lovingly remembered by 33 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren. Brother of Ivan (Ida) Bearinger, Lovina Bauman, Annie (Emanuel) Bauman, Edna (Orlan) Martin, and sister-in-law Eva Bearinger. He was predeceased by one son Lester; three grandchildren Fern Bearinger, Stuart Martin, and Beverly Bearinger; his parents Oziah and Susannah (Weber) Bearinger; a brother Abner; sister Lucinda (Noah) Bauman, and brother-in-law Leonard Bauman. Visitation will be held at the Bearinger home 1158 Whittick Road, RR 1, Elmira on Tuesday, July 8, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, July 9, from 2-5 p.m. A family service will take place at the home on Thursday, July 10, at 9 a.m. with a burial and further public service to follow at Elmira Mennonite Meeting House.
