William Milne of Elmira passed away on June 18, 2014 at the age of 76 years. A private family service will be held. Bill Milne will be greatly missed by his wife Veronica and his daughter Hayley, son-in-law Eldon Letson, and his grandchildren Jonathon and Christian. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and love for his family. He was the anchor and biggest supporter for his family and loved every second he got to spend with them. He lived an extraordinary life of marriage, commitment and love.
