Obituary of Annie Martin
Martin, Annie ~ Peacefully went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton, with her family by her side, at the age of 98 years. Much loved wife of the late Sylvester S. Martin (2003). Dear mother of Wayne and Shirley of Limehouse and Dorothy Ann and Joe Leis of RR 4, Listowel. Fondly remembered by seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Will be missed by sisters Mary Zehr, and Amy and Norman Zehr. Sister-in-law to Seleda Martin, Lovina Brubacher, Henry and Eileen Martin, Ada and Stan Valenta. She was predeceased by her son David F. Martin (2007), father Christian Erb, mother Nancy (Wagler) Nafziger, stepfather John Nafziger, siblings Esther and Amos Steckley, Daniel and Christina Erb, Katy and Chris Gerber, and brother-in-law John Zehr. Also predeceased by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Edwin and Almeda Martin, Ivan and Alvina Martin, Howard Martin, Elizabeth and Enos Gingrich, Aden and Alice Martin, and Norman Brubacher. The family will receive their relatives and friends on Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Crystal View Mennonite Church, Floradale, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Crystal View Mennonite Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Christian Aid Ministries or Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
