Obituary of Patricia Hunsberger

Hunsberger, Patricia Ann ~ Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener at the age of 72 years. Pat Hunsberger, of Elmira, was the beloved wife of the late Len Hunsberger (2000). Loved mother of Laurie Hunsberger (Charles Burkhard) of Victoria, BC. Loving grandmother to Jake Brubacher of Florenceville-Bristol, NB, Jessie and Jaden Brubacher of Woodstock, NB. Dear sister of Wayne Wilson of White Rock, BC, Dennis Pritchard of Woodstock, ON, Eileen Weitzel of Glen Allan, Ruth Hagen of Barberton, Ohio, Linda Davidson of Englehart, Brenda Davidson of Cochrane, Glen Wilson of Holstein, Charmaine Filkin of Bluevale, and Darlene Cassel of Hamilton. She was predeceased by her son Jason Hunsberger (2004), parents Gerard Wilson and Isabelle Pritchard, and brothers Robert, Floyd and Barry Wilson. Pat was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Elmira Branch #469. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Friday, May 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, May 25 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow at the Elmira Legion. Cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Elmira Branch. The family would like to thank the fifth floor staff at St. Mary’s Hospital for their compassionate care.
