Martin, Solomon M. ~ Passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at his home, RR 1, Wallenstein at the age of 83 years. Husband of the late Hannah (Bauman) Martin (2003). Father of Aaron and Catherine Martin of RR 3, Dundalk, Annie and Israel Martin of RR 3, Wellesley, Edwin and Salome Martin of RR 1, Badjeros, Ion and Nancy Martin of RR 1, Linwood, Jesse and Naomi Martin of RR 1, St. Clements, Lucinda and David Brubacher of RR 1, Badjeros, Solomon and Salinda Martin of RR 1, Wallenstein, George and Leah Martin of RR 1, Wallenstein, Hannah and Tilman Martin of RR 1, Linwood. Remembered by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Noah and Adeline Martin of RR 1, St. Clements, Ezra and Melinda Martin of RR 1, Wallenstein, and brother-in-law of Lucinda Martin of RR 1, St. Clements, Leah and Enos Martin of RR 1, St. Clements, and Enoch Bauman of RR 1, Wallenstein. Predeceased by his parents Abraham W. and Rebecca Martin, two brothers Samuel and Abraham Martin, and a sister Annie Bauman. A family service will be held from his home on Thursday, May 2, 2013 then to Martin’s Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
