Obituary of John T. L. hall

Hall, John T. L. ~ Peacefully passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital. John Hall, age 87 years, of Kitchener formerly of Winterbourne, was the beloved husband of Marion (Caven) for almost 60 years. Dear father of David and Lilla of Kitchener, Stephen and Barbara of Winterbourne, Nancy of Kitchener, Edward and Suzanne of Ottawa, and Louise and Paul of Pickering. Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Katharine, Timothy and Dorothy; Stefanie and Ryan (Sarah). John and Marion moved from Toronto to a farm in the Winterbourne area in 1953 following his army service in the 3rd Canadian (Infantry) Division. John received his degree as a Chartered Accountant and worked in the Kitchener area for many years while Hobby Farming. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, Elora on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 3 p.m. with The Rev. Patrick Patterson officiating. A family interment will be held at a later date in the Winterbourne Cemetery.
