Obituary of Phyllis Mohr

Mohr, Phyllis ~ Peacefully passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Chateau Gardens LTC, Elmira, at the age of 87 years. Phyllis (Hackbart) Mohr, of St. Jacobs, was the beloved wife of the late Alfred M. Mohr (2003). Dear mother of Ross of St. Jacobs and Maureen of Waterloo. Sister of Roy and his wife Dorothy Hackbart of Waterloo, Lorne and his wife Ruby Hackbart of Wellesley, and sister-in-law of Mary Hackbart of Waterloo. Fondly remembered by Ken, Julie and Nicole. Predeceased by her parents Oscar and Eugenia Hackbart, daughter Patsy Hackbart, sister Audrey (Harold) Dietrich, and brother Robert Hackbart. At Phyllis’s request cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs, on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. In Phyllis’s memory, donations to Canadian Diabetes Association or St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs, would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
