Martin, Salome (Mrs. Elam H.) ~ Peacefully on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at home. Salome (Sauder) Martin of RR 1, St. Clements, age 78 years, was the wife of Elam H. Martin. Mother of Rebecca and David Martin of RR 2, Kenilworth, Peter and Lena Martin of RR 1, Linwood, Ada and David Martin, and Eva Martin, all of RR 1, St. Clements. Also survived by 18 grandchildren. Sister of Ivan and Malinda Sauder of RR 1, Waterloo, Cleason and Luida Sauder of Floradale, and Aden and Lucinda Sauder of RR 1, St. Jacobs. Sister-in-law of Sarah and Urias Martin, Emma (Mrs. Abram) Weber, Lydia (Mrs. Noah) Martin, Lydia and Elam M. J. Martin, Esther (Mrs. Reuben) Martin, Daniel and Ada Martin, and Lauretta (Mrs. Clayton) Martin. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Lydia (Brubacher) Sauder, daughter Naomi Martin, grandchild Landis Martin, sister-in-law Saloma (Mrs. Amos) Brubacher, and six brothers-in-law Abram Weber, Noah, Henry, Reuben, and Clayton Martin, and Amos Brubacher. Relatives and friends may call at the home of David M. Martin, 3225 Lobsinger Line, RR 1, St. Clements on Friday (today) from 6-8 p.m., Saturday from 10-12 noon and 2-5 p.m., and Sunday from 2-6 p.m. A family service will be held at the home on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 9 a.m. then to Conestoga Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira. Service Summary Visitation: At the home of David M. Martin, 3225 Lobsinger Line, RR 1, St. Clements on Friday, February 15th from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, February 16th from 10-12 noon and 2-5 p.m., and Sunday, February 17th from 2-6 p.m. ~ Funeral Service: A family service will be held at the home on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 9 a.m. then to Conestoga Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery
