Hahn, Doris Marie ~ Died peacefully on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Chateau Gardens, Elmira. Doris (Cassel) Hahn, age 90 years, was the beloved wife of the late William F. Hahn (1987). Dear mother of Bruce (Diane) of Monkton, Gerry (Maryellen) of Waterloo, Beverly Seim (Donald) of Gowanstown, Linda Brubacher (Harold) of Palmerston, Susan Benner (Brian) of Kitchener, and Paul (Lori) of Ingersoll. Fondly remembered by her 29 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Sister of Art, Elgin, Mary, Bill, Lloyd, Joe and Sheila. Remembered by her sisters-in-law Rita, Stella and Jean. Predeceased by her parents Herb and Colette (Foerster) Cassel, sons Robert and Timothy, daughters Jennifer and Marilyn, and brothers Edmund, Mike and Murray. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be recited at the funeral home at 1:45 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Teresa of Avila R.C. Church, 19 Flamingo Drive, Elmira on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Joseph’s R.C. Cemetery, Macton. In Doris’ memory, donations to St. Mary’s Cardiac Care Unit or St. Teresa R.C. Church Renovation Fund would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
