Obituary of Lizzie B. Weber

WEBER, Lizzie B. ~ December 5, 1922 – November 17, 2012 ~ Peacefully passed away at her home in her 90th year. Lizzie (Martin) Weber was the wife of the late Alvin B. Weber (2000). Mother of Amsey and Irene Weber of RR 2, Wallenstein, and Selina and Alvin Weber of RR 3, Listowel. Survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her brother Noah E. and Edna Martin of RR 1, St. Jacobs, sister Annie and Sydney B. Martin of RR 2, Elmira, sisters-in-law Salome Martin of RR 1, Holstein and Hannah Martin of RR 1, St. Jacobs. Predeceased by a great-grandchild Martha Weber, her parents Ezra and Leah (Brubacher) Martin, brothers Alvin and Melinda Martin, Elam Martin, and Edwin and Leah Martin, and a sister in infancy. Friends called at her home, RR 2, Wallenstein on Sunday and may call on Monday (today) after 1 p.m. where a family service will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 9 a.m., then to Peel Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira. Service Summary Visitation: At her home, RR 2, Wallenstein on Sunday, November 18th after 4 p.m. and Monday, November 19th after 1 p.m. ~ Family service will be held at her home on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 9 a.m., then to Peel Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
