Obituary of Gladys Broughton

Broughton, Gladys Irene (Pellett) ~ Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Chateau Gardens, Elmira, in her 77th year. Gladys, of Elmira, was the beloved wife of the late William Gerald Broughton. Much loved mother of Debbie Irene (Mike) Meyer of Formosa and Judith Ann (Brian) Martin of Waterloo. Loving grandma of Tony Benninger, the late Shaun Benninger, Shannon Ignas, Michelle Meyer and Kyle Martin. Great-grandma of Elaina Ignas. Dear friend of Walter Streeter. Predeceased by her parents Frederick James and Hazel Irene (Bowerman) Pellett, and a brother Kenneth Pellett. Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. She will be missed by everyone for her warmth and friendly smile. Many thanks to the caring staff at Chateau Gardens.
