Weber, Elmer ~ Passed away peacefully on Monday, October 22, 2012 at his home, RR 2, West Montrose, at the age of 82 years. Husband of Ada (Gringrich) Weber. Father of Eileen Weber of RR 2, West Montrose, Martha and Delton Martin of RR 3, Harriston, Lloyd and Laurene Weber of RR 4, Elmira, John and Lorna Weber of RR 2, West Montrose, Verna and Jesse Gingrich of RR 2, West Montrose. Also survived by 24 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Brother of Edwin (Lydia) Weber, Velina (Mrs. Harvey Martin), Lucinda (Mrs. Lester Brubacher), Henry (Mary) Weber, Almeda (Mrs. Leonard Martin), and Adeline (Mrs. Angus Bauman). Brother-in-law of Rita (Mrs. Angus Weber) and John (Selinda) Gingrich. Predeceased by son Laverne, his parents Henry and Lydiann Weber, four grandchildren, brother Angus, and brothers-in-law Lester Brubacher and Elam Kraemer. Friends may call at his home on Wednesday, October 24th from 1-5 p.m. and on Thursday, October 25th from 1-4 p.m., where a family service will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., then to Winterbourne Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira. Service Summary Friends may call at his home on Wednesday, October 24th from 1-5 p.m. and on Thursday, October 25th from 1-4 p.m., where a family service will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., then to Winterbourne Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
