Obituary of Keith Fleming

Fleming, Keith ~ Passed away in his happy place amongst family and friends, on Friday, April 6, 2012 at the age of 59 years. Keith Fleming is survived by his loving wife Jayne (Pike) Fleming, of Elmira, whom he married in August 1978. Loved father of daughter Trisha (Brian) Walter of Elmira and baby granddaughter Ava Riley Walter, who was Grandpa’s Special Girl, and son Trent Fleming (Megan Bradley) of Kitchener. Dear brother of Dora (Lyle) Tweedle of Stoney Creek, Dave (Barb) Fleming of Listowel, Diane (Marty) Hain of Atwood, Gail (Rod) Lambert of Harriston, and brother-in-law of Mark and Val Pike of Whitehorse, Pat and Don Freiburger of Waterloo, Cheryl Shushack of St. George, and Mike Shushack of Kitchener. Also lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Vernon and Irene (Jacobs) Fleming, his mother and father-in-law Harry and Jean (Sharpe) Pike, and a nephew Jordan Shushack. A memorial visitation for family and friends will be held at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Keith’s life will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
