Obituary of Menno M. Rudy

Rudy, Menno M. ~ Passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the age of 85 years. Husband of Elsie (Brubacher) Rudy of RR 3, Waterloo. Father of Martha Rudy of RR 3, Waterloo, David and Ruth Rudy of Dobbinton, Abner and Susannah Rudy, Anna and Magdalena Rudy all of RR 3, Waterloo, and Saleda Rudy of Elmira. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Brother of Nancy Rudy, Sidney and Dorothy Rudy, Malinda Rudy all of St. Jacobs, Lydia Bowman of RR 3, Listowel, and brother-in-law of George Bowman and Delores Rudy. Predeceased by his parents Aaron and Sarah (Martin) Rudy, his stepmother Elizabeth (Martin) Rudy, a daughter Barbara, a son in infancy, a granddaughter, a brother Cyrus and two brothers in infancy, and four sisters Leah Martin, Susannah Rudy, Barbara Bowman, and Saloma Martin. Friends may call at his home, RR 3, Waterloo on Friday, September 23, 2011 (today) from 10 a.m.–12 noon, 1-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. where family service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 9 a.m. then to Conestogo Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
