Obituary of Hilbert Scheffner
Scheffner, Hilbert Willard ~ Peacefully passed away at Victoria Place, Kitchener on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at the age of 86 years. Hibby Scheffner of Elmira is lovingly remembered by his sisters Margaret (Peggy) Hibbard (Ivan) of Holstein, Bernice Scheerer (Bob) of West Montrose, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Josephine and Andrew Scheffner, three brothers Edward, Raymond and Ken, and one sister Beatrice Hill. Hibby retired from Rothsay Rendering Plant after over 45 years of service. Cremation has taken place. At Hibby’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
