Obituary of Mary Grace Martin

Martin, Mary Grace ~ Passed away at her home in Kitchener on Monday, June 21, 2011, age 57 years, formerly of Elmira. Grace will be sadly missed by her sisters and brothers Pat Wilken of Waterloo, Bob and Marion Martin of Kitchener, Tom and Jeanet Martin of Linwood, Barbara and David Stewart of Grimsby, Jo-Ann and Brian Holzschuh of Waterloo, Kathie and Hans Vanderzand of Gravenhurst. Also lovingly remembered by her sisters-in-law Audrey Martin of Elmira and Betty Warden of Bloomingdale. Aunt Grace is loved by her nieces and nephews, with whom she spent a lot of time with in their younger years, Sherry, Rhonda, Lisa, Tracey, Troy, Joe, Tammy, Lee Anne, Scott, Sean, Sarah, Dana, Deedra, Chad, Jason and Gerrit, and was Auntie Grace to her great nieces Amanda, Abby and Kaitlyn and her great-great nephew Elijah. Predeceased by her beloved parents Joseph “Joe” and Anne (Conlin) Martin, her brothers Gerald and Jim and her companion Manuel (Mike) Lima. At Grace’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in the chapel at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Father David Lewis officiating. In Mary Grace’s memory, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
