Obituary of Bill Rhodes

Rhodes, Bill ~ Peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Bill was in his 66th year, of Elmira. Devoted husband and best friend of Brenda (Stuart) Rhodes for 44 years. Loving father of Lea-Ann and Brian Bettridge and doting papa of Brianna. Brother of Jim and Nadine, Terry and Donna, all of Elmira. Predeceased by his parents Cecil and Lilian (Leach) Rhodes. At Bill’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation or funeral service. There will be a celebration of Bill’s life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 469, Elmira on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. In Bill’s memory, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be obtained by calling the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira 519-669-2207.
