I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. I worked for Wind Turbine / Trylon Mfg in Elmira during the 1980's and 1990's, which was a growing company and Dave (and his Driver's & Office Staff) were a tremendous help to us both with our Ontario trucking and in Northern and Western Canada. Dave always put service at the top of his priorities and was always an honest person to deal with (and you could see that in the people the made up his company). Also regarding fire prevention and safety he was always an available source of knowledge and help. I would like to pass on my condolences to all his family and to say thank you for all his help, Brian Holzschuh

I got to know Dave when he wintered in Tanglewood, Sebring Florida for a couple of years. He golfed with my late husband for several years and I knew of him when we lived in Elmira many years ago. Dave shared his great smoked ribs with us several times at the cottage. I phoned him in February around his birthday, but he didn't talk of his health. My condolences to the family. Lottie Omand

My condolences to the entire Weigel Family on the passing of Dave…I had great memories of Dave throughout our days when I was selling him products to his restaurant in the 90’s…he was a great guy and was always pleasant person to deal with…he always had those one liners each week I called on him..he will be missed by all that knew him…R.I.P. Dave and my next beer I will be thinking about you.
