Obituary of Willis Horst
Horst, Willis
Passed away suddenly on Friday, March 4, 2022, at the age of 30 years. Willis was the beloved son of Abner and Erma (Brubacher) Horst of Wallenstein.
Dear brother of Marlene and James Gingrich of Drayton, Karen and Matthew Martin of Wallenstein, Alice and Ira Weber of Wallenstein, Laverne Horst of Millbank, Maynard and Merlyn at home. Survived by his maternal grandmother Melinda Brubacher, paternal grandmother Anna Horst, six nieces and five nephews. Remembered by Cleason and Janelle Frey.
Predeceased by his brothers Lawrence (2018), and Steven (2022), and his grandfathers Clayton Brubacher and George Horst.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m., and on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. at the family home, 4108 Moser Young Rd., Wallenstein.
A private family service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 9 a.m. then to Fair Haven Mennonite Meeting House for burial and further service.
