I will always remember Sarah's caring leadership, her empathy for others, and her contagious smile and optimism. As a fellow board member at church, I appreciated Sarah's skills and looked up to her. Sarah impacted many people in her lifetime and she will be missed. I hope her family, and especially her sons, take some solace in knowing how much others cared and rooted for her. My deepest condolences on your loss. Kim Denstedt

Dear family of Sarah,
I met Sarah on a trek to Tanzania for Crossroads International. She was a wonderful, warm, genuine woman with the best smile and the most fabulous hair! Her devotion to Crossroads and its vision was clearly evident.
I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
Kind regards,

I feel blessed to have been one of the Limestone Ladies and to have met Sarah with this wonderful group of women. Sarah was such a kind and fun loving lady. I cherish the chats and visits we had along our hikes. She lived her life to the fullest and embraced her friends, family and community. I am so sorry for the loss of such an intelligent and loving woman. Thinking of all the family and friends who will miss her terribly. Martha

I was lucky enough to meet Sarah through the Park Manor/EDSS connection as our sons grew up together. Seeing Sarah's smiling face in the school hallways, chatting with her like old friends at Christmas Concerts, Field trips and later the graduation ceremony was always a highlight! Whether a stranger or not Sarah drew everyone in around her with her warm genuine smile and gracious spirit. Quinn and Angus, my heart goes out to you. May you always cherish each and every memory of your beloved mother and hold that love close forever.

Today, while reading the paper, a familiar face with a beautiful broad smile leapt from the page. Sarah! I knew her instantly. She was UTS ‘80, while I was UTS ‘79. In high school, being in different grades is a “thing”, but UTS provided extensive extracurricular opportunities, and this is where our paths would cross often. Her positive nature made her instantly likeable, and one knew she was the type of person you would love to call “friend”. Unfortunately, as often happens, we lost touch once those common opportunities ended, until…..I became good friends with her cousin, Jane. As a result, I did see her a few times over the ensuing decades, and Jane would update me about her life and achievements. Her proudest achievement was her two sons. And I do know how hard she fought to stay with them. She was impressive in high school, so I’ve no doubt she was impressive in life. Her smile says it all. My condolences to your family, Sarah. What an achievement.

Dear Bradshaws of all stripes, I am so sorry to hear this sad news about Sarah. Though we really only saw each other at KFPT, she always had time for catching up, reconnecting, playing some euchre, an early morning swim. She was a gem - I am sorry for your loss, and I hope that as you heal, the scar retains some of her beauty. With love from Vancouver, Kate Kennedy and family katekennedy@telus.net

Dear Angus, Quinn and family,
My condolences to all of you on your loss of this tremendous lady. Sean and Kyle join me in sending their condolences as well.
I was so lucky to have met Sarah and to have lived up the street from your family for 15 years. When I said goodbye to Elmira, she and I shared some happy tears recollecting some of your antics over the years, as well as our own. Sarah was one of the most loving, intelligent, strong and positive women I’ve ever had the privilege to meet and call my friend. Fly free with the Angels dear Sarah!
