I was so sorry to hear of your Mom’s sudden passing. She was a great lady &, never batted an eye when our family of seven would show up on a Sunday afternoon. We always had so much fun at the farm with you all.
She was able to stay in her home until the end & it must be so comforting to know she passed peacefully in her bed.
Thoughts & prayers are with you & your families! ♥️

I am writing on behalf of my mother Rose Marie Gross, who has Alzheimer's, to send our prayers that you find comfort amongst loved ones during this sad time. I believe that Rose Marie and Dorothy played golf together and perhaps travelled somewhere together - maybe the cruise from Ephesus to St. Petersburg (Mom had another friend named Dorothy so I am not sure). Your mother hosted us for tea about 4 years ago at her home while I was caring for Mom before moving to a LTCH.
Indeed Dorothy had a lovely garden. That would have been another joy that the two shared.

Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of your Mom. Who would have thought that 3 wks. ago Sat. we would be standing at the same cemetery at Calderwood again, this time for your Mother. She was right there with us standing at the grave sight of the "other" Dorothy Leibold. I am so glad I came and said goodbye to the three of you before we left the restrauant in Clifford. Always enjoyed having a little chat with Dorothy when she joined us for a service at Trinity. I guess the unknown is the best but it just makes us cherish our memories more. RIP Dorothy

Dear Family Just noticed I should have spelled FREEDOM; also, just noticed she was Dorothy Jean and I am Gail Jean; that brings a smile to me! Good Bye Dorothy Jean, sounds like a familiar tune, you think!
