Obituary of Miriam Denstedt

Denstedt, Miriam K. Passed away peacefully at the Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton on Sunday, January 23, 2011, in her 90th year. Miriam Roehr Denstedt (nee Neuert) was predeceased by her first husband Lloyd Roehr and her second husband Harold Denstedt. Miriam is survived by her children Nancy (Russell) Phares, Yvonne Buick, Jan Roehr, Daniel (Peggy) Roehr and Andrea Dickson. She is also lovingly remembered by 13 grandchildren, her son-in-law Richard Burt and by the Denstedt family; her stepchildren Erma Larsen, Bonnie (Harvey) Martin, Carter Denstedt, Shawn (Judy) Denstedt, and their families. She will be sadly missed by many in her extended family. Miriam was predeceased by two daughters Myra Dey and Dawn Love, a son Eugene Roehr, and a son-in-law Lorrie Dickson. A memorial service to celebrate Miriam’s life will be held at the Unity Centre of Practical Christianity, 2631 Kingsway Dr., Kitchener on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the church hall. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
