Our deepest condolences to the Bauman families on such a loss. It is so difficult to loose a parent, and my prayers go out to your dad who has lost his wife and best friend. I do believe our parents always watch over us and continue to give us strength when we need it the most. Cherish all the memories that were created over the years.
Love Ralph Pace and Rosemarie Carr

I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. Betty and I trained as nurses together at St. Mary's Hospital in the early 1950s. I have many fond memories of Betty. She was a wonderful co-worker and we had many happy times in residence when off duty. I always enjoyed seeing her again at our annual class reunions. My deepest condolences to her family.

Dear Ruth,
It was so kind of you to send condolences and share about mom’s early years of training. We have enjoyed looking back through all her photos from those special days. I’m sure you would have some stories to tell. She was proud of being a nurse and proud to have a daughter and granddaughters follow in her footsteps. She left us a wonderful legacy.

Dear Heather and Sandy,
Thank you for your condolences. They were glad to have such wonderful neighbours as yourselves and spoke of you often. Baking was something mom loved to do and share - glad you were on the receiving end of her goodies. We deeply appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

Dear Uncle Earl and family,
My love and prayers are with you at this time of loss and sorrow. May you be comforted by many precious memories and by the deep faith that Betty had.
My memories of my Aunt Betty go back to the farm north of Floradale, where as a young girl I would help in her big garden and busy kitchen. I remember her boundless energy and great joy in providing good food for her family. I also remember times of relaxation listening to recordings of stories of noble lives that inspired me.
I will remember her as a beautiful aunt with a big smile, generous laugh and kind heart.
May you all feel God's love surrounding you, and the love of family and friends, in spite of us not being able to be with you.
love and hugs and prayers,
Elaine Gingrich

Dear Elaine,
Thanks so much for your condolences and shared memories. I remember well our big garden on the farm and your help was greatly appreciated!!! She was a Proverbs 31 woman who joyfully worked long days to provide for her family. She had the kindest heart I know. She’s gone peacefully home to glory but the pain of her loss is great!

Dear Uncle Earl and all the family,
Assuring you of our love and prayers in this time of sorrow, and know that God holds you close as you grieve. May the memories of your wife/mother/ grandmother... her joyful smiles and hearty laugh and caring words, help you in the coming days.
I have memories as a young girl going to the farm north of Floradale to help pick what I thot were never ending rows of raspberries, and then your mother still having the energy to go inside and bake pies!! I remember helping out at your home in Elmira, after your mother came home from some surgery, and how loving and understanding she was with all my fumbling in the kitchen!
My son and daughter, Darin and Jo , have special memories of the year they lived with Earl and Betty in St Jacobs while attending school in Waterloo. They had the best of care, and Jo says that in her mind Betty is still bustling around making sauerkraut and ground cherry pie! She was a real sweetheart!
God be with you all and may you find comfort in knowing so many care.
Sorry we can't be there to give you all a hug!
Love and Prayers
