Passed away at his residence in Kitchener on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the age of 52.
Father of Hope Formica. Beloved son of John G. and Seleda Frey of Moorefield. Dear brother of Betty (Brad) Brohman of Kitchener, Nancy Frey (Alain Breault) of New Liskeard, Carol (Jari) Sallasvaara of Kitchener, John (Tracy) Frey, Grand Prairie, AB.
Uncle of John Colyn, Martin Colyn, Marjatta Sallasvaara (Mike Lumsdale), Katarina Sallasvaara, Krista Frey, Tianna Frey (March 2020), Aaron Frey, and Veronica Brohman.
Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira. The memorial service will be livestreamed and can be accessed on Al’s tribute page of the funeral home website.
