Deepest condolences to Chris’ family. He spoke often of Sarah and his kids with great love and affection. I worked with Chris at the Unifor Local 1917 union office. Chris always amazed me how he could get things done! If something was needed, Chris made it happen. He was tireless when it came to standing up for his union Sisters and Brothers. He will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to Sarah and the family. I knew Chris in high school and he was always a really bright presence for all of us, smiling and making everyone laugh uncontrollably. I treasure my memories of Chris. Rest peacefully you fearless and funny man. Peace and comfort to his family.

One of the first times I met Chris we went on a white water rafting trip down the Ottawa River!! Had a great weekend with Sarah,Chris, Ian, Jen, Uncle Murray and Aunt Beverly. RIP Chris!

I met Chris through the Union (CAW then Unifor) and we became quick friends. He was an amazing man and helped each other achieve goals within the Union and the Labour movement. He always put others needs before his own. That was "Becker". We even spent a few fun filled days at a plant occupation where we lived in the facility insuring justice was found for the workers. I will miss his humour, laughter and amazing ability to come up with Nick names for everyone. RIP brother. Robin Dudley.

It was such an honor and privilege to share life experiences and amazing friendship with Chris. My fondest memory was being a travel buddy (Port Elgin and Montreal). LOVE, RESPECT, HONESTY, TRUST, ADMIRATION and BOND was was nothing short of what you created with all those that had the honor of crossing paths with you. You will remain a sacred place in our souls, that will last not only a lifetime, but an eternity. My sincerest condolences to the Becker family.

For many years Chris was my CPK work and pub crawl buddy, and from the moment I met him I absolutely adored him. I will forever remember and miss his smile and laugh and that personality that was always larger than any room he entered. He was a wonderful friend and person. I'll miss him dearly. The world will always be less bright without him in it. My deepest condolences to his family, my heart is broken. Rest in peace my friend, until we meet again.
