Graham, Jeff, Dianne, Jennifer, Joy, and Pam - Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your mother. I had the privilege of working for your dad for many years in the Holstein industry. Your mother was always by his side at most events and was his biggest supporter. As a result, I spent many hours with her during this time and appreciated all her wisdom (your dad too). Every time I use one of their xmas gifts (which I'm sure your mother picked out), it reminds me of good times and a very patient and understanding boss and his wife. I will forever be grateful they were a big part of my life and my career. Treasure the memories. Mary Poirier

I was thrilled to be able to see Beatrice one last time, at a window visit, before she passed away. I have many great memories of working for her at Elmira Nursing Home, being in her home with "Jenny" and how she always welcomed me. Going to music camp at Laurelville was a gift also shared with me. Beatrice lived a life that reflected her love for others, knowing the source of that unending flow of love was Jesus. Her sense of humour was always there and all who encountered her got to enjoy that! Appreciated the memorial service!

Dear Jennifer, I was unable to attend the visitation or funeral but I did watch the service. It reminded me of your visit when my Mom passed earlier this year. I was so grateful for that. Lovely words were spoken by everyone and I hope they comfort you and carry you forward.

Beatrice always had a warm and kindly smile and greeting, even as recently as a few weeks ago when I called to tell her about the death of two of our “Martin cousins. “ She lived and loved well and I was proud (in a humble sort of way) to call her cousin. I am sad (in a happy sort of way) to bid her farewell. Till we meet again!

Our deepest sympathy to the family of Bea, especially during these extraordinary tough times. Its very hard losing a parent at any time, but the numerous difficulties faced over the last months must have been so frustrating for your family. Bea was so regarded as a very thoughtful, talented and supportive Mom and Grandma.
We always considered Bea as partner in an inseparable couple with Joe and are comforted by the thought that they are reunited again.

Our love and sympathies to a special family. I think of Beatrice as having been like a 2nd mother to me when our family lived next door to them in Elmira as I was growing up. I have very special memories of how accepted I felt in their home! Blessings to all as you remember her for the wonderful person she was, an elegant lady!
