Wayne and I extend our condolence to all of the Riebling Family. Dolores was always a Genuine and Gracious Lady. Whatever the occasion she was always friendly, kind, generous and efficient. She was truly a beautiful lady, inside and out.

Aunt Dolores holds a special spot in our family, as she and Uncle Ray were the only attendants at my mom and dad’s wedding in May 1949. I, along with my 4 siblings, enjoyed many a visit at Aunt Dolores’ many homes over the years. It was a real treat when we could travel from the farm to their Homesteader Restaurant in Elmira! Aunt Dolores was so talented . . . her piano playing, her love of colour which came through in her home decor and flower gardens, and her eye for putting a great outfit together. She always looked great! Other cherished memories we have of Aunt Dolores is her presence at the yearly Reibling Picnics in Tavistock and the Reibling Christmas Dinners in Haysville. Her spontaneous laugh and smile were so contagious. We looked forward to her roasting pan full of the “best dressing” ever at each Christmas dinner.
Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Brenda, Janice, Kathy, Steven, and their families. With love, until we can hug again . . . Gary and Linda Bender.

Sending our deepest condolences to all the Reibling family on your loss. My first memories of her were from the Homesteader restaurant and later at Town Talk. She had a very kind, gentle manner and always greeted you with a smile. She will surely be missed. Sincerely, Sharry & Ron Esch

As a member of the St Jacobs Place family, Dolores will not be forgotten. Her sense of humour, style, and always generous with a compliment. During this difficult time of physical distancing, it is so hard to say goodbye, and my thoughts and prayers are with the Reibling family. May your good memories bring you comfort. Marlen

Sending hugs to the Reibling family. I remember Dolores' warm smile, her kindness and her community involvement. I remember eating ice cream sundaes at the Homesteader as a kid, loving to shop at Town Talk in the 1980's, and singing beside Dolores in the St. James choir. She is a jewel and will be well remembered.

I spent many happy hours in Town Talk with Delores advising me on what would look good. That is how I will remember Delores, always happy and helpful. I still remember Dolores saying to me (many years ago) "Ann, you can call me Delores, instead of Mrs. Reibling. I felt very honoured.

Both Kathryn and I are saddened to hear of Delores's passing. She and our mom shared time in St. Jacobs but Delores had been part of our journey for many years. I am sorting boxes of papers and pictures and just the other day came across a picture of Delores in the choir at St. James. She regretted when she said her voice wouldn't let her sing anymore. Delores always sent kind notes of appreciation for the music at. St. James. Always a smile, always a kind word, she was a pillar , not only of St. James, but of the wider community where she was well known and well liked. We know all of you will have many great memories.
