To Naomi and family: Janet and I wish to send our sincere condolences on the death of your husband, father, grandfather, … and my cousin. It was always a pleasure to meet him. As mentioned by others, he was a man who unpretentiously went about his day as an encourager and helper. When I last talked with him, two or three weeks ago, he told me how much he enjoyed helping at the Christian Aid Ministries food drying facility in Moorefield. I join the 'Bauman cousins' in expressing our appreciation of him, and wishing you God's peace and strength in the days ahead.
Dale and Janet, we look forward to meeting you at church when that is possible.

I send my sincere condolences to the family of Wayne Martin. I, too, remember him as always friendly and willing to chat whenever I met him, and he always had that pleasant smile on his face. I know Allan appreciated his "cousin Wayne" very much too.

Wayne was a servant. He touched people in many ways and around the globe. He supported the Pilgrims Progress movie. Through this movie many came to the Christian faith by giving their lives to Christ. Christian Church International H/Q in Thika Kenya,Aftica has planted many churches in East Africa through this movie. May God continue to use his testimony here to shape many people lives for glory of God. These are your friends from Kenya Africa Henry and Betty Mulandi.

My condolences from Parkwood Mennonite Home in Waterloo. I'm the current Chaplain, and remember Wayne as a volunteer who came to help bring residents from the Long Term Care home into our weekly Devotional services in recent years. He was so faithful, always keen to assist whoever needed a hand, and then he'd stay for the service, which he always appreciated. Afterwards, he loved to linger and chat to encourage folks. We were blessed to have known him. Rev Alan Cook.

My sincere condolences to Wayne's family. I remember Wayne as being a very friendly person with a genuine interest in people. When I would meet him in the community he was very interested in a little chat, including "life on Anna Street".

I was always glad to run into my cousin Wayne because he was so ready for a good chat that included his perpetual smile. He was sincerely interested in what was being talked about. I even remember Fairway Wayne when the lumber store was located in Hawkesville. Today Wayne will be buried in the cemetery that is across the road from the farm where I was born and grew up. Wayne and Naomi lived at that farm briefly after Dad sold the farm. My condolences to the family and I share your loss.
As you can see from this Bauman Cousins reunion, he was the only male seated in the front row. He was indeed special.
