Obituary of Aleda Diefenbacher

Aleda Diefenbacher passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Leisureworld Care Giving Centre in Elmira, in her 77th year. Loving sister of Vera Bowman of Floradale, Lorne (Elvina) Diefenbacher of Wallenstein, Edward (Gladys) Diefenbacher of Moorefield, Florence (Walter) Martin of Elmira, Elaine Frey of St. Jacobs, Earl (Esther) Diefenbacher of Alma, Doris Mackenzie of Nanaimo, B.C. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Aaron and Irene (Martin) Diefenbacher and a brother-in-law Abner Bowman. Visitation at Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Monday, December 20, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A private service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 9 a.m. then to Elmira Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. A special thank you to the staff at Leisureworld Care Giving Centre for the loving care they gave to Aleda. As expressions of sympathy, donations to MCC would be appreciated.
