Obituary of Della Simpson

Simpson, Della (Good)~ Peacefully on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Leisureworld Care Centre, Elmira. Della (Snow) Simpson in her 102nd year formerly of St. Jacobs. Predeceased by her first husband Norman Good (1954) and her second husband Arthur Simpson (1998). Dear sister of Alice Fairbarn of Newmarket. Also lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Della will be sadly missed by Bob and Joan Schaus of St. Jacobs and Robert and Darlene Good of New Hamburg. Predeceased by her parents George and Rachel (Mullen) Snow, her four brothers Elgin, Ross, Jim and Clinton, and by her two sisters Lulu Schlitt and Dorothy Bentley. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Monday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Martin Giebel officiating followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, St. Jacobs. In Della's memory, donations to St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
