We did some real estate deals together and he always liked to hear one of my jokes. Even though I have not seen him in a number of years I will always remember him as a friend

So sorry to hear this news.
Howie was a high school and hockey friend.
He always encouraged me when others didn't.
Had hoped to catch up to Howie after my return to Canada recently.

Very sorry to hear of Howie's passing. We went to school, played hockey and baseball together and partied often. Howie was a great friend and I think fondly of him often - even though we hadn't seen each other for decades. Howie knew more about 50's and 60's music than anyone I've ever known. He will be missed.
