Obituary of Delton W. Martin

Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in Florence, Kentucky, at the age of 65.

Delton Martin of Elmira is survived by his siblings Lorene and Cleon Martin of Wallenstein, Vernon and Anna Martin of Elmira, Murray and Lucinda Martin of RR 2, Wallenstein, and Florence Martin of Floradale. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Angus G. and Mary (Wideman) Martin, twin brothers in infancy, and sister Clara Showalter.

Delton worked most of his career as a long distance trucker.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, May 26, 2019 from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. A private family service will be held with interment to follow in Elmira Union Cemetery.
