Moyer, Frederick Joseph

Passed away peacefully at Wellington Terrace, Fergus, on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at the age of 86 years.

Fred Moyer was the beloved husband of June Beggs of Elora. Dear brother of Gerald Moyer. Predeceased by his first wife Marie (Seifried) Moyer (1994) and his parents Joseph and Julia (Logel) Moyer.

Fred worked as a carpenter for Menno S. Martin Contractor for many years and later worked at the University of Waterloo in the maintenance department.

The funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St. Boniface RC Church, 1355 Maryhill Rd., Maryhill. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the mass from 10-11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery. After interment a reception will take place at the Elmira Legion, 11 First St. E., Elmira.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Wellington Terrace or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
