Obituary of Myrtle Lovina Schneider

Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 17, 2018, at St. Mary’s Hospital, at the age of 81 years. Myrtle was a resident at Elmira District Community Living since 1975. Dear aunt of Jane and Gord Johnson of Elmira and great-aunt of Ronnie and Michelle Johnson of Toronto, Andy Johnson of Elmira, and Benjamin Jonas of Waterloo. Myrtle was predeceased by her sister, Eva Jonas, her niece Joyce Cross, and her parents Jacob and Edith (Spies) Schneider. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018, in the chapel at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira, with visitation from 1:30 until time of service. Interment in Elmira Union Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Assisted Living Centre, 118 Barnswallow Drive, Elmira.
