Obituary of Owen M. Brubacher
Passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Freeport Campus of the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 88 years. Owen Brubacher of Wallenstein was the husband of Annie (Sherk) Brubacher.
Father of Perseda and David Frey of RR 1, Wallenstein, Norman and Edna of Proton Station, Reuben and Louisa of RR 3, Wallenstein, Nancy and Solomon Hoover of Proton Station, Melinda and Manassa Martin of RR 3, Wallenstein, MaryAnne and Aaron Martin of Proton Station, Annie and Abraham Martin of RR 1, Wallenstein, and Solomon and Veronica of Wallenstein. Grandfather of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Brother of Lovina Bauman, and Henry and Selina Brubacher.
He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Sarah (Martin) Brubacher, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister Catherine and Norman Hoover, and brother-in-law Simeon Bauman.
Visitation was held at the family home in Wallenstein. Interment and funeral service will be held at the Wellesley Township Mennonite Meeting House. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
