Dear Alan and Joyce Weber families...Steve and I would like to send our condolences at the death of Alan....We first met Alan and Joyce in 1988 in Stratford at the plowing match with the Child Evangelism Story House...then they had the Elmira trailer in following years and we ran the London one for many years...We would come up to help with the Elmira sugar festival and of course at the plowing match...Their enthusiasm for sharing the Lord with children and adults too was evident in their daily attendance ....We appreciated them very much and as Steve is in Africa drilling wells we are unable to come but will remember your families in our prayers for strength and guidance in the coming days...What a legacy to follow....Karen..Vandenbrink.

Uncle Allan and Aunt Joyce contributed much to the early days of our assembly in Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
One of Allan's DVBS and Sunday School songs was The Gospel Train --
"I am traveling on the hallelujah line, On the good old Gospel train".
It brought smiles to many children, as well as adults.
We were blessed by their love and commitment to the Lord and His Word.
It is such a blessing when we know our loved ones are rejoicing with the Lord.

My thoughts, prayers and condolences.. he was one of the pillars in my childhood, as a friend of my parents, Orvie and Adeline Horst. I told Mom today, there’s a great gathering of friends and relatives in Heaven. We will all be together one day. God bless you with comfort, peace and joy.

Dear family,
I just want to let you know how blessed I was by your Mom and Dad's commitment to the Wycliffe prayer meeting in Waterloo. It was a privilege to pick them up from Chateau Gardens until, some time after your Mom passed away, your Dad said he'll miss the meetings terribly but it is becoming a bit too much for him. Then he changed his mind once or twice and had me pick him up anyway, as he was so reluctant to quit! He often did devotions -- so brief, just 3 or 4 min sometimes but very good! And if people were chatting and it was time to start he'd start singing and that would call us all to attention. He amazed us all at how he remembered the different people we would pray for. They were part of it for years and everyone appreciated your folks!

How many memories of working with your dear parents, both in PEI at camp and in children's work in Ontario. I also received many craft ideas used in our camp in Puerto Rico. I so much appreciated Allen's love for the Lord and his testimony wherever he went. Thank you, Lord, for giving us wise examples to follow.

Known Alan for over 35 years, when I first came over from the UK. Allen and Joyce we're like spiritual parents for me. I enjoyed many lunches with them I'm Fellowship. Alan was the one that brought me to the Lord 35 years ago. He will be sadly missed. I am so sorry that I cannot be at the services this weekend, as I have family commitments. God bless you all my heartfelt condolences, Sheila Jones.

My dear Uncle Allan. I have such fond memories of my youth with you and aunt Joyce. I got to attend multiple daily vacation bible schools with you and the times I stayed with you as a kid. Unfortunately we drifted apart over the years as we moved from PEI when I was a young teen. I often thought about you over the years. May you rest in peace.
