Passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Henry W. Weber of 221 Glasgow St., Conestogo was the beloved husband of Mary (Martin) Weber. Father of Erla and Noah Shantz of Mount Forest, Anna and Aaron Shantz of Mount Forest, Esther and Leonard Martin of West Montrose, Eva and Orvie Shantz of Mount Forest, Mary and David Martin of West Montrose, Miriam and Amsey Steckle of Waterloo, sons-in-law Cleason and Rebecca Wideman of St. Jacobs, James and Emma Frey of Waterloo. Predeceased by daughters Florence Wideman and Laurene Frey.

Dear father of Erla and Noah Shantz of Mount Forest, Anna and Aaron Shantz of Mount Forest, Esther and Leonard Martin of West Montrose, Eva and Orvie Shantz of Mount Forest, Mary and David Martin of West Montrose, and Miriam and Amsey Steckle of Waterloo. Father-in-law of Cleason and Rebecca Wideman of St. Jacobs, and James and Emma Frey of Waterloo. Also survived by 61 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 7 step-great-grandchildren. Brother of Valina and Harvey Martin of Elmira, Lucinda Brubacher of Elmira, and Adeline and Angus Bauman of Linwood. Brother-in-law of Ada Weber of St. Jacobs, Lydia Weber of St. Clements, and Leonard and Gladys Martin of Drayton. Predeceased by his daughters Florence Wideman and Laurene Frey, parents Henry and Lydiann (Weber) Weber, a grandchild, a step-great-grandchild, brothers Angus and Reta Weber, Elmer Weber, and Edwin Weber, sister Elmeda Martin, and brothers-in-law Lester Brubacher and Elam Kraemer. Friends may call at his home on Sunday, December 24 from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. and Monday, December 25 from 2-5 p.m., where a family service will be held on Tuesday, December 26 at 9 a.m. then to Winterbourne Mennonite Meeting House for burial and public service.
