Ron was a wonderful guy and a pleasure to have worked with over all those years first with Kitchener Transit then GRT!I remember too how he called me from a number of different states when he chose to take a break from transit and drive the big rigs! Also how he was kind enough to install brakes on one of my cars at his garage!I will always remember Ron and will miss him!I extend my condolences to the family!

I would like to offer my deepest condolences for your loss. For now you are grieving due to the loss of a loved one but in time all you will remember is the happy/fond memories that you had together. As a bus driver Ronald had the opportunity to affect so many lives and I am sure he will be remembered for all those lives he changed just by doing his job every day. God Bless, Karen McComish

My deepest condolences to Ron's family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Ron for the last 12 years. He was a kind, gentle, funny man. The perfect gentleman and always made me smile when I saw him. All I had to do to get him talking was ask about the latest car he was working on! We will all miss him very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this most difficult time. Sincerely Susan Stengel

I worked with Ron at Kitchener Transit then at GRT. Ron was a true Gentleman at all times and in all ways. His sense of humour was something that he shared with me and we had some good chuckles over the years. My sincere condolences to the Martin family and trust that his memories will sustain you during this difficult time.
